En estos momentos estamos buscando un Delegado Comercial Junior.

El delegado se responsabilizará de la información y comercialización de los productos de la Compañía para el área de Biomedicinas, en su zona geográfica de influencia (Madrid y provincias limítrofes de manera inicial, aunque no exclusivamente) mejorando la experiência del cliente, identificando necesidades críticas, y proporcionando soluciones óptimas para alcanzar los objetivos de negocio.

En nuestra Unidad, trabajamos un amplio abanico de soluciones para mejorar la calidad de vida de los pacientes a los que van dirigidos nuestros tratamientos, y buscamos a profesionales que deseen incorporarse a un equipo de alto rendimiento en búsqueda continua de la excelencia y el liderazgo.

Principales objetivos:

- Identificar y priorizar adecuadamente oportunidades de negocio
- Elaborar planes de negocio demostrando buenas habilidades de análisis del territorio/cuenta/negocio.
- Mantener una estrecha relación de colaboración con otros equipos de la Compañía para asegurarse que los planes que se elaboran sean consistentes, y puedan cubrir los objetivos del cliente y del negocio.
- Implementar, evaluar y ajustar constantemente los planes establecidos para asegurarse que se cumplen los objetivos marcados, y demostrar compromiso para lograr los resultados.

Perfil Requerido:

- Grado Universitario/Máster en Ciencias de la Salud.
- Habilidades interpersonales, de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
- Orientación al Cliente.
- Residencia en Madrid.
- Disponibilidad para viajar.
- Carnet de conducir.
- Capacidad de trabajo en equipo
- Importante la proactividad e iniciativa personal
- Experiência no requerida

- Orientación a resultados
