**Your new role**
**Your key responsibilities**
As part of a multidisciplinary project team, you will be involved in a variety of local and global wind projects and handle a wide range of tasks, including_:_
- Proactively leading the entire bid process, coordinating the efforts of Ramboll’s global engineering and advisory teams in the wind division to ensure the submission of high-quality, customer-tailored proposals.
- Supporting the creation of a bid strategy by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, developing compelling value propositions, and guiding tender teams in planning and creating proposals aligned with agreed strategies.
- Planning, preparing and compiling compelling, well-written and precise proposals and bid documents.
- Utilize and manage Ramboll’s internal tools and processes (e.g., CRM, project excellence, decision gates) to track and develop opportunities efficiently, streamline project team communication and consolidate required inputs from relevant teams.
- Enhancing our sales processes, tools, templates and standard contents to boost efficiency and incorporate industry best practices.
**Your new team**
You will be part of our international Business Intelligence & Sales function, which supports Ramboll’s global wind division with client & market insights in various geographies and is responsible for its bid management and sales processes. You will coordinate, guide and support cross-functional teams, establishing compliance with client and Ramboll Group requirements and guidelines.

- Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent, in related field or applicable disciplines (e.g., Business Administration, Business Communication, Engineering), or equivalent relevant experience.
- Relevant experience in proposal or bid management, preferably in the energy sector.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level expected).
- Experienced team player with strong project management skills who is expected to work with mínimal supervision.
- Customer-focused approach as well as solution-oriented and structured way of working.
- Familiar with public / private procurement processes and with commercial, contractual and execution models.
