JOB DESCRIPTION:
Accountabilities:
- Develops & delivers fact based, stretching and commercially compelling plans to supercharge profitable growth with a Portfolio of eCommerce clients
- Evaluates the market and client prospects, to develop and convert a pipeline of new customers to eCommerce
- Develop productive, intimate relationships with clients, to cement Hotelopia/Last Minute Travel brands as critical to their success
- Seamlessly champion & represent the client within Hotelbeds, partnering with key departments to develop commercial solutions
- A zealous approach to account integrity and optimisation to supercharge sales
**Skills**:
- Sales and client growth optimisation
- Pipeline development and conversion
- B2B2C travel domain knowledge & network
- BI and commercial literacy
- Product management understanding
- API, cache and technical appreciation
- Excellent data analysis
- Excellent in problem solving and negotiation
- Ability to liaise, influence and drive development plans with clients
- Strong, effective and persuasive communicator
- Highly motivated self-starter
**Experience**:
- 2+ years’ experience in Account Management or similar
- 2+ years B2B2C or B2C travel experience
- 2+ years’ experience in the bedbank, travel technology and API connectivity environment
Qualifications:
- Educated to a degree standard, or demonstrable accredited sales experience with a focus on:
- Sales and marketing
- Strategic partnerships
- Digital technology
- Product management
- eCommerce
Key Challenges:
- The evolution of the B2B2C platform to an Enterprise solution - this is fundamental to the client offering
- Developing effective distribution rules for eCommerce in a B2B environment
