**Regional Category Manager - Formulations**
We are looking for you to enhance our international team of category managers for formulation materials. We offer you a job with high interactions with our business partners and development opportunities. Looking for a strong contributor you will have the following activities to manage:
**Your tasks and responsibilities**
Contributes to development of global category strategy
Support implementations of categories strategies and initiatives
Understands business needs and builds effective, trustful relationships with key regional/country stakeholders.
Support supply risk assessment and mitigation process by coordinating supply agreements & paper contracts.
Provides country-specific market intelligence to mitigate supply risk, gain competitive advantage and make better business decisions.
Strategic supplier management and implements supplier management principles in supply base, builds relationships and improves supplier performance.
Incorporates company’s responsibility and commitment to sustainable business practices into category supplier relationships and ensures compliance through reports, audits and improvement plans.
Drive initiatives to achieve our sustainability targets: diversity and inclusion programs in local markets as appropriate, sustainability process (e.g. green house gas reduction) for the category
**Who you are**:
BA/BS with Master studies in a relevant field and 2-3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, influencing & problem solving skills
Strong ability to collaborate in multicultural and virtual environments.
Demonstrated analytical decision-making skills & creative thinking
Specific knowledge & experience of strategic procurement, quality management systems, regulatory requirements & logistics processes, principles & practices
