**What you will do**

The main function of a **EAME Senior Account Administrator **is to interact with Caterpillar dealers to provide information in response to inquiries for quote and enrolment assistance about Extended Protection products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. Typically, you are responsible for determining the client’s issue, offer possible solutions or providing follow-up as needed.

**What you will be accountable for driving**:

- Resolve dealers’ service or billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.
- Contact dealers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of investigation results and any planned adjustments.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
- Keep records of interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
- Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess validity of complaints and to determine possible causes.
- Experience demonstrating progressive experience in one of the following: customer service, insurance, financial or accounting with relevant training.
- Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
- Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
- Ability to track, organise, and manage large amounts of incoming work with accuracy
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and natural interpersonal skills.
- Experience of exposure with dealers.
- Degree finance and insurance are a plus.
