Emea Po and Suppliers Administrator

The role holder will directly support the EMEA Assistant Facility Manager and will have as main responsibilities:
- PO Process administration for all EMEA Facility Services and doing a first level financial control of FM costs.
- Liaison with suppliers to coordinate and enable smooth invoice reception, working with AP and making sure invoices are correctly allocated and paid on time.
- Support the EMEA FM department reporting as needed to enable the EMEA CRE team in a data driven decision making process, including monthly and quarterly internal reporting.
- Backup the EMEA FM Reporting Administrator when needed.
The role holder will also support the EMEA FM Suppliers Control and Reporting Manager (line manager) in managing and keeping up to date the team’s supplier database and central repository for all critical FM information.
This role needs to be based principally in Madrid.
Good financial and Excel’s knowledge, minor’s degree or technical degree will be a plus. Alternatively, relevant work experience (minimum 2 years).
Any EU language as mother tongue plus high level of spoken and written English is a must. Good knowledge of additional EU languages will be a plus
- The post holder will ideally have at least 2-years of experience in a Multinational Company in a Finance or Facility Management Department with a finance and/or invoices processing & administration role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Very good financial and excel skills
- Passion for numbers and reporting
- Keen eye for detail
- Flexibility and the ability to work under pressure is preferred
- Supplier management experience will be a plus
