**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support Operations Center Manager on labor and administrative matters related to the operations center.
- Support the office staff by facilitating office logistics such as meetings, conference rooms, conference calls, mailing, etc.
- Support Project Managers in project related work as contact potential suppliers’, manage request to access sites and work visas, support meetings, coordination of resources for mobilization and project support, perform document control activities, logistics, Help compile site documentation packages, etc.
- Conduct research, compile data and prepare papers and reports for consideration and presentation by executives, committees, etc.
- Attend meetings and take meeting minutes and action items and performing basic follow-up.
- Create, maintain and enter information into databases.
- Set up and manage paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork,
- and perform document control activities.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements, including registration on conferences/events.
- Raise tasks in Holtec’s work management system and track tasks assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years’ experience for Office Administrator position or assistant project manager position.
- Strong written/verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
- High level of proficiency with Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Experience with scheduling program (Microsoft Projects or Primavera) desired.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
