Descripción de la empresa: Se trata de uno de los grupos multinacionales más importantes con sede en Ginebra de bienes de lujo. La compañía tiene cuatro áreas de negocio principales: relojes, joyas, instrumentos de escritura y ropa.

**Descripción de la posición**:
**Skills**: Persona con gran capacidad de resolución, iniciativa y proactividad.
- Capacidad para generar datos, analizarlos y extraer conclusiones.
- Alto manejo de Excel (tablas dinámicas, gráficos, etc.) y Sap.
- Capacidad para plasmar en presentaciones de power point los datos y su interpretación.
- Control de presupuestos, entregas, logística

Persona empática acostumbrada a trabajar en el mundo de las marcas de lujo con clientes de clase social alta.

Con gran capacidad de resolución de incidencias, persona dinámica y proactiva ya que trabajarás dentro de un pequeño equipo en el que todos están muy implicados y se buscan mucho la vida con un alto compromiso y engagement. Se generan diversas tareas en poco tiempo.

**Experiência de 4-5 años** en marketing y comercial manejando diferentes disciplinas.

Desde elaboración de briefing hasta notas de prensa

Desde el punto de vista comercial: Manejo de Kpis, tasas de conversión, tráfico, presentaciones de producto, eventos

Profesional muy metido en la operativa más que en lo estratégico ya que esta última parte viene de internacional.

Gestionar el aprovisionamiento junto con la parte comercial.

El precio medio de sus productos se sitúa entre 50.000 € y 2,5M€.

En España aprox, venden 20.000 unidades, de esa producción, Iberia les da análisis de ventas, de lo que se va a poder vender, etc

Deberás realizar un seguimiento de los pedidos realizados, la llegada de productos y que se corresponda con lo pedido, vendido por tiendas, cuotas de ventas etcdeberás realizar cruces de datos para extraer conclusiones que faciliten la toma de decisiones y puesta en marcha de acciones de marketing.

Internamente utilizan una herramienta propia para hacer el seguimiento de los envíos de los unides recibidas. Importante tener alto conocimiento de Sap y Excel, las facturas se hacen a través de una generación de ODN, etapa muy organizada.

Cuentan con clientes internacionales y 4 boutiques. No hay mucho interlocutor, una boutique puede vender una media de 6 relojes al mes y tienen unas 100 referencias.

En resumen, buscamos una persona con gran capacidad para resolver situaciones de un modo ágil, y estar pendiente en todo momento y al detalle de todos los procesos, desde la petición de producto hasta la llegada de productos a sus boutiques y ver la evolución de las ventas.

Continuo contacto con logística y resto de equipos internacionales.

Por eso hay que saberse hacerse hueco, formarse (hay bastante formación dentro) ser una persona muy organizada, muy espabilada, saber establecer prioridades, supervisar, controlar los procesos, el cómo está todo, aportar soluciones.

Investigar la marca, cómo van, qué hace la competencia, conocer las líneas de productos, qué hacen en publi, en redes sociales, eventos, reseñas, reputación de marca, facturación, notas de prensa, quiénes son, posicionamiento, SEO, SEM, etc

**JOB DESCRIPTION: Sales & Marketing Support**

**MAIN PURPOSE**
- Responsible for providing support in the Sales & Marketing area including:

- Commercial & customer back office
- Analysis & reporting tasks
- Product & Supply Chain tasks
- Operational Marketing & training support

You will work directly with B2B wholesalers (partners with mono-brand external boutiques & multi-brand POS). 4 POs in total Iberia.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Key Responsibility 1**: Commercial & customer back-office support
- Help customers resolve sales-related issues in a timely manner, providing real-time support on various requests such as products availability, deadlines, price, certificates (insurance, warranties, Poinçon de Geneve, authenticity )
- Creating and processing orders in a timely manner, processing requests for rush orders, and reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handling administrative duties for the sales department (Clients contracts, Sales consignments, Boutiques support )
- Commercial documents creation and distribution to clients (Pricelist, product updates )
- Billing management and follow up.
- Ensure the management of after-sales service (follow up on specific cases to assure the quality of service)

**Key Responsibility 2: Analysis & reporting**
- Develop analysis tools for monitoring performance sales/retail indicators (KPIs), stock situation and product performance.
- Provide commercial data analysis such as: budgets, sales results, and forecasts
