**About the Role**

Accedo is looking for a talented Sales & Marketing Analyst for the EMEA & LatAm region, to join its growing Sales and Marketing team in Madrid. This is an opportunity to work in a highly collaborative environment and focus on supporting the Sales & Marketing team with their daily activities such as CRM management, digital campaigns execution, analysis of market insights and lead generation.

As our regional Sales & Marketing Analyst, you will be part of the regional Sales and Marketing team reporting directly to the Director of Sales Growth.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day CRM activities for the E&L sales team
- Analyze sales data from CRM to support the forecasting process, and identify trends and challenges
- Creating ad-hoc reports, trends and analysis from both the CRM platform and external sources
- Coordinate research around target accounts
- Coordinate weekly and monthly CRM reporting from sales team and ensure that it is done in a timely manner
- Implement simple features for the CRM using configuration and oversee the implementation of complex CRM features.
- Support Marketing with digital initiatives such as campaign creation and execution
- Create leads lists for sales and marketing activities.
- Perform and coordinate research on the market, customers and prospects with the purpose of feeding insights to the sales team for lead generation and data enrichment.
- Coordinate sales and customer events logistics internationally

**Requirements**:

- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- University degree in the fields of Marketing, Business, Economics, or similar.
- Proven track record of executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills (C2) are required. Professional proficiency of Spanish and/or Portuguese is desirable
- Exceptional attention to detail. Highly organized, methodical, able to multitask on day-to-day activities, and with a hands-on approach.
- A strong team player and relationship builder with great people skills
- Self-motivated,proactive and able to work autonomously

**Desired qualifications**
- Proficiency in the use of tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, Excel (or Google Spreadsheets), Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools etc.
- Creative capabilities including video production and design are considered a a plus
- Experience in the Media/OTT Industry is highly valued
