The primary objective of the eCommerce Marketing Trainee will be to support and drive brand awareness and conversion for Kimberly-Clark Professionals (KCP) eCommerce business in EMEA through the execution of the eCommerce Marketing Strategy.

Focus countries will include UK, DE, FRITES - but also other markets such as NL, SE, BE, PL.

You will support the eCommerce Marketing Manager and eCommerce Business Development Team in growing visibility and sales within their region, by:

- Assisting in the execution and optimisation of eCommerce marketing campaigns to ensure maximised visibility and ROI, including paid search advertising and price promotions
- Assessing / analysing key metrics relating to:

- ** Visibility** - Identify and execute opportunities to improve KCPs brand awareness
- **Traffic** - Support and build marketing and advertising plans to grow traffic on KCP products
- ** Conversion** - Leverage stock, content, imagery, reviews, pricing and promotions to drive purchase conversion.
- Providing regular reports and updates on suggested actions and impact of implementations
- Utilising a range of data (incl. Amazon Advertising, Vendor Central, Digital Shelf Monitoring tools) and dashboard reporting to provide insights to the eCommerce Marketing Manager and support / implement both long
- and short-term actions.
- Ensuring aligned approach with eCommerce Marketing Manager and wider eCommerce team (eCommerce Business Development, Content)
- Working cross functionally with key supporting functions (Local/Integrated Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance).

**About you**

As a person and to be successful in this role, **_full proficiency in English is required (minimum B2+/C1 level)_** - (Proficiency in German or French would also be advantageous, but not mandatory).

You should also have:

- Graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or sales, or related field
- Experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, merchandising, or sales.
- Business orientation - understanding of market dynamics, commercial mindset
- Analytical approach to data, experience of drawing insights from a range of source.
- Methodical and structured approach to optimisation and problem solving

The internship position is offered as a hybrid role in the Madrid area.
