**Funciones**
- Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias para impulsar el negocio en el mercado nuevo y existente para asegurar el logro del presupuesto
- Impulsar y construir relaciones con socios comerciales relacionados, como asociaciones de la industria, agentes de viajes, operadores turísticos y otros tomadores de decisiones clave de la industria.
- Enlace con el departamento de Marketing para crear campañas efectivas de generación de leads y garantizar una imagen consistente y sólida del Hotel con todos los socios / plataformas contratadas
- Preparar informes de ventas regulares y actualizaciones para la alta gerencia
- Adquirir y mantener una base de datos de clientes con un enfoque específico en marcas de lujo
- Organizar, coordinar y realizar viajes de familiarización e inspecciones del sitio del hotel
- Organizar y realizar sesiones de capacitación y presentaciones para clientes
- Organizar y realizar citas de ventas / llamadas de ventas
- Compromiso de ofrecer un alto nível de servicio al cliente

**Requisitos**
- Licenciatura o experiência equivalente en Negocios.
- Mas de 3 años de experiência en ventas en un resort de lujo.
- Experiência trabajando dentro de una cultura de gestión de desempeño.
- Conocimiento de las cuentas de consorcios y operadores turísticos tradicionales.
- Capacidad para analizar las tendencias del mercado y la actividad de la competencia para recomendar estrategias que mantengan al hotel como líder en el mercado.
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y por iniciativa propia.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita (español, ingles)
- Coche propio y carnet de conducir español.
- Legalmente con derecho a trabajar en España.
- Excelentes estándares de aseo.
- El conocimiento de opera es una ventaja.
- La experiência previa en un hotel LHW es una ventaja.
