**Misión**:
Desde Winning estamos seleccionando a un **Business Intelligence Analyst**, para una importante empresa internacional perteneciente al sector financiero en la ciudad de Barcelona.

Como Business Intelligence Analyst participarás en la toma de decisiones de la compañía mediante el Dato, así como en el acompañamiento al negocio en la transformación hacía una empresa Data Driven acercando los datos a los usuarios inexpertos con propuestas de valor sobre su actividad de negocio.

**Condiciones**:

- Contrato indefinido.

**Funciones Principales**:

- Acudir a reuniones con usuarios para la toma de requerimientos y transformar dichos requerimientos en KPI's significativos que ayuden a monitorear e impulsar el negocio.
- Participar en proyectos de la compañía tanto a nível nacional como internacional.
- Proponer nuevas formas de evaluar la evolución de la actividad de la empresa y su impacto en cada eje de la compañía. Desarrollando informes comprensibles que faciliten la lectura del dato.
- Revisar de manera crítica, positiva y constructiva el ecosistemas de informes disponibles.
- Apoyar/comunicar con el ingeniero/a de datos ante nuevos datos solicitados por el usuario.

**Perfil**:

- Grado en Ingeniería Informática, Matemáticas, Telecomunicaciones o similares. Master Business Intelligence / Analyst.
- Idiomas: Inglés y/o francés.
- Experiência: mínimo 3 años en un puesto de Analista BI o similar.
- Otros conocimientos: conocimiento de bases de datos, modelo relacional, análisis de datos, construcción de indicadores de negocio, generación de informes y Dashboard.
- Valorable: Qlik View, Qlik Sense, Power BI, MicroStrategy, BO, Tableau y herramientas DAA en general.
