Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Mytheresa. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business growth by analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain advanced data analytics models to drive business insights and recommendations
  • Design and implement data visualizations and dashboards to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our analytics capabilities remain cutting-edge

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent in a quantitative field (e.g. mathematics, statistics, computer science)
  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
  • Strong expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders

Location

This role is based in Munich or Barcelona, with the option to work remotely up to 40% of the time.
