**This position reports to**:
Service Sales Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- The Global Digital Customer Success Management expert will be responsible to manage globally all our Low touch customers to ensure the execution of the contracts, satisfaction of customers and customer retention for our Digital offers.
- With our CSM tool, the Global Digital Customer Success Management expert will analyze customer journey, build and lead proactive communication and value realization through the automation of digital customer engagement and throughout the customer journey.
- Map and incorporate automation into an overall customer engagement plan to develop customer journey maps that show all key touchpoints.
- In collaboration with the CSM tool administrator, create and manage operational dashboards to track and monitor our CSM KPIs.
- Drive usage and help accelerate customer time-to-value for the digital service.
- Coordinate with Global CSM to lead digitally the CSM practices of their customers Low Touch, to communicate the results and set improvement actions.
- Share and implement best practices to drive up realization of outcomes.
- Help the CSM Tool administrator to support and maintain the CSM tool and provide back-up admin support if needed.

**Your background**:

- Basic Degree with 5 -10 years in relevant field experience
- Professional writing and marketing skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Effective working in team environment.
- Deep passion for making others successful, customer oriented
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- A self-starter and able to prioritize to achieve the highest impact
- Ability to adapt and perform in a fast moving and often changing environment
- Dynamic, positive attitude, enthusiastic and self-motivated
