The company is an startup in the health and fitness industry, which develops a solution in the form of an app/digital platform for health and fitness professionals.

In this group of professionals we find personal trainers of any discipline, nutritionists, physiotherapists, fitness centers, etc. Thanks to the platform, these professionals digitize and offer a quality leap in the way they work with themselves and their clients.

We are a young startup, in constant growth and thanks to this you will be able to learn a lot of things from different areas, helping us to reach the next level in the fitness world.

About the Position Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) play a critical role in the success of the company by developing the top of the sales funnel.

The SDR position is the best start for a career in sales in SaaS and B2B companies. You will gain experience interacting with clients at all levels, in a variety of disciplines within the wellness industry and across a wide geographic area. This is a stimulating and exciting role that will test your sales skills, strategic thinking ability and ability to focus on achieving results:

- You will be responsible for the qualification process of any inquiries regarding our software products.
- Together with the prospective customers you will analyze their needs as well as the procurement process.
- You will show the advantages of our solutions compared to the competition.
- You will determine the quality of the respective leads and transfer high-quality leads to your colleagues (AEs) for the further steps in the sales process.

**Requisitos**:

- Creative, self disciplined and passionate about what you do
- Social skills and passionate about sales
- Proactive attitude and independent person
- Affinity for the startup, fitness and technology ecosystem
- Languages: German & English (C1 Level)
- At least between 1-2 years of experience in Sales Roles As we are launching the German Market, you will also help to build new clients in German.
