As a Customer Success Manager (f/m/d) for Spain (North), you'll be the primary point of contact for our key account customers, embodying the essence of Instagrid. Your role is pivotal in ensuring an exceptional user experience and promoting the adoption of our technology among clients. Your responsibilities include cultivating strong relationships with key accounts, facilitating product understanding, and leading growth initiatives. By immersing yourself within each key account, you'll become an invaluable asset, instrumental in driving our market success through unmatched customer satisfaction. Join us in revolutionizing customer success at Instagrid.
- Take responsibility for the rollout of negotiated framework agreements with large customers, ensuring that all customer branches have a positive impression of our product portfolio.
- Continually expand your network within your assigned accounts and enable their success with our solutions.
- Provide product training and guidance to users.
- Ensure that your customers have all the information they need to work effectively with our products and that all their questions are fully answered.
- Maximize product utilization to deliver full value to our customers.
- Exceptional and proven negotiation skills and techniques
- Proficient in Salesforce software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Spanish at all levels, supported by on-the-spot presentations
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Ability to work with confidential information in a professional manner
- Experience in the construction, film, media, and events sectors would be an advantage
- Based in Asturias
