Medical Web Experts is a leading provider of mobile apps, custom programming, website design, content, and marketing for the healthcare industry. We believe in making great technology for a better patient experience, and in helping our clients meet their goals.
We are now looking to bring on board a Customer Success Manager to join our team This position is 100% remote.
As a Marketing CSM, your main responsibility will be to bridge the gaps between our service teams and clients, focusing on support and satisfaction while also taking part in strategy discussions. Working closely with our Marketing team, CEO, and Sales Director, you will guide clients throughout the project lifecycle to align on goals and objectives for marketing campaigns, to architect strategies, and monitor and report progress against those goals.
You can expect high growth in this role, with the potential of taking on a leadership role in the future. You will receive full training and support in this position and will be a key contributor to the success of the team while working in one of the fastest-growing industries.
**Responsibilities**:
- Act as an account owner, providing thoughtful insights to both customer and internal stakeholders to ensure clients’ ongoing success and satisfaction
- Build lasting client relationships from initial kickoff through project execution and completion, ultimately stewarding clients into additional services
- Contribute to designing marketing strategies tailored to each client, working alongside marketing channel leads in our marketing department for channel-specific recommendations and our CEO/Sales Director from a strategy perspective
- Write marketing plans and proposals and present them to prospective and existing clients
- Monitor and compile reports, and present them to clients on a monthly basis
- Write and share meeting minutes for marketing meetings
- Invoice clients on a monthly basis
**Skills/competencies we are looking for**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English or similar
- Previous experience in sales/account management roles is a plus
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency with Excel or Google spreadsheets with the ability to conduct detailed analysis
- Experience in managing multiple tasks and priorities
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and a highly analytical thinker
- Strong G Suite or Microsoft Office Suite skills
