**The Role**
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you would be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process in your designated business unit.
Our business is continuously growing and therefore the recruitment successes are essential. You will work closely with the Global Talent Acquisition Team and of course with HR and Line Managers. As we work in an international environment, you will also cooperate with other HR teams across the globe.
**Recruitment**
**To contribute and support the team responsible for the execution of HR activities related to Recruitment Talent management ensuring they are accurate and on time according to the Service requirements**

- Managing full recruitment processes
- Post job offers internal and external
- Offer management
- Onboarding
- Internal and external stakeholder management
- Impulsa Plan
- Professional / Job Experience
**Requirements**:
- BA/BS in a business-related field such as Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education & experience
- 2-3 years relevant experience administering Recruitment, Training and Talent process in an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing or Corporate environment preferred
- Strong knowledge of Infojobs, Linked in Recruiter, Oracle/Sap preferred
- Strong knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail Excellent written and verbal skills
- Self-motivated and a willingness to learn
- Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as independently while adhering to processes and procedures
