The position of Sales Associate K2 University focuses on Business Development and sale of educational offerings part of the K2U portfolio. This versatile sales role incorporates B2B sales activities across Europe. This is an exciting opportunity in a pan European team in a fast growing division of K2, offering career growth opportunities, an uncapped commission plan and great incentives; all in an international sales environment.

**Responsibilities**
- B2B sales activities for training and education services (business development, lead generation, account management)
- Close collaboration with the K2U Delivery Manager to create bespoke solutions based on customer requirements
- Participation in relevant tech conferences, events or meetings to network and build your brand in the market
- Involvement in the entire sales lifecycle, including invoicing and training set-up
- Pursuing and converting incoming sales leads

**Requirements & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- First experience in B2B Sales and business development desired
- Active and social listening skills
- Sales mindset, demonstrated perseverance and ability to work in a fast paced continually evolving environment
- Organized workstyle and ability to prioritize a task list
- Proficiency in English is a must, any other European language is an additional advantage
