- Propocionar una experiência al cliente excepcional para dirigir las ventas de la tienda
- Comunicar consistentemente con el equipo para asegurar una excepcional atención al cliente
- Demostrar un buen conocimiento del producto y facilitar feedback sobre el mismo y sobre los clientes a los managers

**Embajador de Ralph Lauren**
- Crear un ambiente en la tienda que sea único y exclusivo, en línea con el código de venta de Ralph Lauren
- Representar los valores y el espíritu de Ralph Lauren
- Demostrar una cultura donde el cliente es lo primero

**Operaciones**
- Uso de los sistemas y procedimientos del Corner para mejorar las eficiencias en venta
- Participatar en las actividades de merchandising de la tienda siguiendo los estandares y directrices creativas de Ralph Lauren
- Mantenimiento de los procesos operacionales y visuales de la tienda
