**Customer Support, Training & Technical Helpdesk**
**Who We Are Looking For**
An opportunity has arisen to join the Customer Support team, working to Customer Support Helpdesk and to coordinate training activities within the Toledo Training Centre, Spain. This position will report into Field Support Manager.
**What You Will Do**
**Customer Support Helpdesk support (60%)**:
- Provide Helpdesk Support for customer related queries for dealers/distributors (Spain & Portugal).
- Provide local support to Field Support team. Role to be based at Toledo Training Centre.
- Technical Helpdesk to manage issues/cases from level 1 and escalate to level 2/3 and return the issues/cases from level 2/3 to level 1.
- Contact/Support to other Technical Helpdesk in SP and on the Globe.
- Support Service Manager for OpEx and accruals related to suppliers’ expenses.
- In some special cases, handle returning of parts, warranty parts, etc.
- Dealing with suppliers; orders, follow up, process and code invoices.
**Customer Support Training coordination (40%)**:
- Ensure training center premises meet AGCO Standards, and management of relationship with all internal and external suppliers for local center, expenses, etc.
- Set-up and get the Toledo Training Center (SP) working for training activities to all levels, H&S included.
- Cooperate with trainers from the CS Field Team and others to provide training at the location or done locally by dealers/distributor or at other premises.
- Coordinate training plan: KPIS, calendar and all logistics associated (classroom availability, catering, equipment transportations
- Training delivery related to AGCO systems.
**What You Will Bring**
- University degree in Agricultural, Industrial or any other similar Engineering is a must.
- 2-5 years of professional experience.
- Intermediate level of English and Spanish native speaker.
- PC literacy with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel.
- Good communication skills both oral and written.
- Ability to speak in public.
- Goal-oriented, proactive and team working person.
