**Objetivo de la posición**:
**DISEÑO, DESARROLLO Y CONTROL DE LA ESTRATEGIA Y EJECUCIÓN DE COMUNICACIÓN & CONTENIDOS DE LA ORGANIZACIÓN Y SU ECOSISTEMA DE MEDIOS.**
OBJETIVOS: Generales: Reforzar Posicionamiento. Incrementar Captación & Fidelización.
ESTRATEGIA: Responsable del diseño, desarrollo y control de la estrategia de comunicación B2B y salvaguarda del AND de la marca: diferenciación, temáticas clave, tono de voz, jerarquía y aplicación por canal, en coordinación con line manager. Responsable de Comunicación institucional y gabinete de crisis.
Alineación con las áreas de Programas y Advocacy para identificar** **productos / contenidos clave que contribuyan a los objetivos generales de la organización.

**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES**:

**CONTENIDOS**:Responsable de las comunicaciones y contenidos. Definición estratégica, desarrollo y control de campañas globales y comunicación _“always on” _en coordinación con el _line manager_. Alineación con managers para la creación de contenidos. Responsable de producción audiovisual y salvaguarda del AND de la marca, de su utilización a nível internacional y de su control.
**CANALES**:
Responsable del diseño de la estrategia, contenidos, ejecución y control del ecosistema de medios B2B.
Responsable del diseño de la estrategia, contenidos, ejecución de PR.
Responsable de la alineación de contenidos con las diferentes áreas de marketing y la organización.
**ACTIVACIONES**
Responsable de alineación de contenidos con los objetivos generales y salvaguarda del AND de la marca en activaciones, eventos, campañas de otras áreas de la organización.
**BUDGETING & KPI’s**
REPORTING KPI’S: Alcance, Seguidores, / Engagement rate / Social organic (trafico web) / Menciones (Share of voice), impresiones, interacciones, impactos, valor publicitario, etc.
