Actualmente buscamos para un destacado cliente con más de cinco décadas de experiência en el norte de África, especializado en la venta y distribución de materias primas químicas para diversos sectores industriales. En nuestra búsqueda de excelencia y expansión, estamos seleccionando un/a Business Unit Manager para fortalecer nuestro equipo en Barcelona.

**Funciones**:

- ** Gestión Comercial**: Dirigir la gestión comercial en Argelia, Marruecos y Túnez, enfocada principalmente en el sector plástico. Responsabilidades incluyen mantenimiento de relaciones con clientes existentes y desarrollo de nuevos mercados.
- ** Presupuesto Anual**: Elaboración del presupuesto anual en colaboración con la Dirección General para cumplir con los objetivos corporativos.
- ** Coordinación**:Trabajo conjunto con otros Business Unit Managers del grupo para optimizar la cohesión y eficacia operativa.
- ** Venta Técnica**:Gestionar la venta técnica de productos específicos con apoyo integral del equipo de Productores-Proveedores y el responsable de compras.
- ** Desarrollo de Mercado**: Impulsar la diversificación de la empresa en nuevos sectores y productos, adaptándose a las tendencias del mercado.
- ** Tareas Administrativas**: Responsable de cumplir con las tareas administrativas necesarias para el puesto.
- ** Innovación en Ventas**:Implementar estrategias innovadoras de venta para incrementar la competitividad de la empresa.
- Viajes: Disponibilidad para viajar un 40% del tiempo.

**Requisitos**:
**Perfil del Candidato**:

- Formación: Grado en Ingeniería Química, Materiales, Industrial o ADE.
- Idiomas: Dominio imprescindible del francés y deseable conocimiento del inglés.
- Habilidades Informáticas: Competencias avanzadas en informática aplicadas al entorno profesional.
- Experiência: Mínimo 3 años de experiência en la venta de productos químicos, preferentemente en el sector plástico.

**Se Ofrece**:

- ** Contrato**: Indefinido, con una estructura salarial que incluye un componente fijo y variable.
- ** Salario Fijo**: Desde €45,000 brutos anuales, más una parte variable basada en el cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas.
