**About the job**
For our unit in Barcelona, we are looking for a Business Unit Manager that has the ambition to drive the strategy of the unit and lead a team of very talented people.
As part of your day to day, and year to year activities, together with other business unit leads, you are responsible for:

- Creating, executing and following up on the individual strategy of the unit, in accordance with the operating model of Trifork.
- Create and execute a business development and go-to-market strategy centered around SAP BTP offerings, SAP & Apple partnerships and other potential partnerships with local companies.
- Contribute to the growth of the company by finding opportunities for mergers and acquisitions and investment in start-ups.
- You’ll be part of a management team together with other units in Denmark and Spain. Therefore, fostering collaboration with other business units of the Trifork group for the development of international markets is very important.

- As part of taking care of a team, you'll also be in charge of the hiring process, with the support of the rest of the team, the HR platform and external partners.

**About you**
This role requires a person that is comfortable having an 360 degrees overview of the situation. From what's going on in the projects to running the annual budget of the unit. Additionally, you'll get support in the organization in some of the main topics, such us accounting or finance, legal and commercial.
For this position, you have the following experience and personal traits:

- You have a university degree on business or engineering (Bachelor, Master or MBA).
- You speak **Spanish** and **English** fluently.
- You have a background either on software development or commercial development.
- As you'll have to constantly be in contact with internal and external parties, you are able to communicate well with any stakeholder.
- You have experience in team management.
- You have experience in the technology sector, and you are able to understand and communicate what the different major technology providers can offer to the market.
- You are an ambitious person, always trying to improve yourself and your surroundings.
