**Your Role**: As an International Product Manager at SD Worx Academy, your role will be instrumental in strengthening our position in the European training market. Responsibilities include:
- **L&D Product Strategy**: Developing strategies for growth in local training businesses across Europe, monitoring budgets and product P&L, and identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
- **Product Marketing**: Monitoring competition, anticipating market demands, and ensuring training offerings align with market needs through effective communication and pre-sales activities.
- **Product Life Cycle Management**: Generating and selecting new portfolio ideas, developing or reforming courses, and ensuring European harmonization in product offerings and delivery.
- A bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in product management.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, proactive attitude, and strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in an international environment, with knowledge of e-commerce or digital channels being a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Affinity with Learning & Development environments and technologies.
