The role

Head of GSC Corporate Solutions, Apex Spain (Valencia GSC)

Apex Group has created a regionalised Operational organisational structure, divided into sub-product segments, that enables Group to sustain service delivery levels of the highest standards and maximise productivity and efficiencies.

Purpose of the role
- The Head of Corporate Solutions is responsible for owning and leading the teams supporting other jurisdictions’ corporate services clients in the location.
- The Head of Corporate Solutions will have overall responsibility for client service delivery and improving standards of performance and quality while being responsible for the running of the team in the Valencia office.
- The role will require a close working relationship with country and regional management, other jurisdictions leaders, Client Relationship Managers and Support functions.
- The primary purpose of the role is to ensure the quality (accuracy, timeliness, and delivery) of Service Delivery to corporate services clients is maintained at all times whilst maintaining a strong risk and governance framework within the local team.

Tasks / Responsibilities
- Translate strategy into an operational plan for delivery and provide oversight and guidance to ensure organisational leadership and day to day business running
- Work closely with other regional functional leads across Operations and wider CRM and Product team
- Develop and foster key relationships within business / product line and promote an environment of personal development and continuous improvement
- Drive strategic dialogue across operations and businesses to prioritize key initiatives
- Proactively analyse and identify possible risks and issues within the organisation that could impact daily process and service delivery
- Ensure stakeholder awareness, engagement, and support through effective and timely communication
- Support the development of an environment where people management and development are top priority. Coaches’ direct reports and others in the organisation, as appropriate.
- Develop talent within the organisation and active diversity leader within the management team
- Actively supports Groups strategy, plans, and values, contributing to the achievement of a high-performance culture
- Acts as a role model for all employees

- Manage costs tightly in line with agreed budgets
- Minimal client attrition;
- Minimal levels of errors, incidents and complaints
- Effective outsourcing oversight model
- Timely delivery of reporting;
- Effective internal and external relationships;
- Positive working environment which leads to reducing staff attrition;
- Lead the recruiting process for Corporate Solutions team
