**Role Purpose**

Lead and manage the value creation and business analytics workstream activities for the

LLP Europe and South & West Europe accounts, develop compiling presentations and output reports to support each of the phases

Ensure that DHL demonstrates innovation and generates opportunities to reduce the cost base with no adverse affect on service.

Develop effective plans for business improvement activities and development for customer account, and improve on target KPI's for performance and visibility

Managing and increasing the capabilites of the control tower team, through sucession planning, development, coaching and training.

Develop effective plans to improve standardize data analytics and performence management experience for the desired works streams

Managing and increasing the capabilites of business analytics team, through sucession planning, development, coaching and training.

Responsible for supporting IT team interms of the database modelling & design, development & improvement of operational reporting structure.

Supporting financial and operational management, and ensuring both customers and DHL reporting requirements are met.

**The key responsibilities for you as Head of Value Creation & Data Analytics include**

Provide effective questioning and facilitiation with precise and accurate communication

To coordinate and provide leadership to the business analytics team in order to maximize output on business process design

Develop and present value based and innovative solutions

Lead and manage the value creation and business analytics workstream activities for the LLP Europe and South & West accounts, develop compiling presentations and output reports to support each of the phases

Create and model scenarios of current and future improvement solutions & data analytics topics. Researches and anticipates customer solution requirements

Develop contractual annual gainshare budget target by getting in touch with the contract leads. Delivery of annual gainshare target and reporting the outcomes

Plans & Manages the supply chain and business analytics improvement work stream with the key stakeholders to handover

Develops and uses internal and external network to support design of profitable E2E supply chain solutions

"Works very closely with IT team in terms of
- Data Analytics Standardization Topics
- Database Modelling & Design
- Business Intelligence Tools such as Microsoft PowerBI
- Document Management and Storage Systems, i.e. Microsoft Sharepoint
- Automation tools, i.e. Microsoft Power Automate"

**Requirements for the job**

Mandatory requirements:
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in logistics and supply chain (included Performance Metrics - KPI methodology).

Experienced in Business Process Design & Analysis

Porject management experience

University degree preferably in Engineering discipline

English Language Fluent

Good knowledge of Excel, Word & Powerpoint, clear understanding of Microsoft PowerBI, Microsoft Sharepoint and Microsoft Power Automate and DAX Measures (calculated columns and creating datatable relationships)

Strong analytical skills, creativity&out of the box thinking

Ability to deliver innovative supply chain improvement models

Able to work in flexible working hours and to travel for abroad business trips

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
