We are looking for an I&R manager of Therapeutic Ranges - PPVD focus given
- Location: BCN (Esplugues) Spain

**The role**

The key responsibilities include actively interpreting the business strategy to develop innovative solutions that support strategy implementation. The I&R manager participate in the development of innovation platforms, projects, and proofs of concept. Additionally, they analyze opportunities, risks, and strengths to derive important future issues and create a vision for innovation. The Innovation Designer is responsible for ensuring strategic alignment with brand and business ecosystem initiatives. Finally, they play a crucial role in facilitating the commercialization process for brands and serve as a liaison between the product and commercial teams

**What you’ll do**
- Develop and seek ideas through various sensors and innovation sources
- Conduct brainstorming workshops and use innovation tools
- Leverage internal network and available resources for maximum impact
- Embed sustainability needs in the innovation pipeline
- Use tools like design thinking to develop and refine original ideas
- Define project scope with appropriate resources and lead projects until pre-defined milestones

**Minimum qualifications**
- Veterinary degree
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Demonstrated similar previous experience
