**Descripción del puesto**:
Estamos buscando a un
**Assistant Store Manager** que sepa motivar e inspirar a nuestro equipo de la tienda de
**Madrid**.

Tus principales funciones incluyen:

- Asistir al gerente en las operaciones diarias de la tienda, p. ej. apertura y cierre, contratación de personal, comercialización visual, existencias/entregas, administración, operaciones bancarias, servicio de limpieza.
- Vender productos Dr. Martens, ofrecer un servicio excelente a los clientes e impulsar las ventas de todo el equipo para cumplir o superar los indicadores clave de rendimiento para la tienda.
- Asistir al gerente de la tienda implementando y fomentando la mejor atención al cliente dentro de la tienda.
- Formar, desarrollar y orientar al equipo de ventas de la tienda, asegurando que se haga responsable de cumplir las metas de desempeño (ingresos por ventas, inventario, cliente misterioso).
- Operaciones eficientes y mejora de la experiência del cliente.
- Asistir al gerente de la tienda para que exista siempre un entorno laboral seguro y protegido (procedimientos de salud y seguridad, medidas de protección, procedimientos de búsqueda y rescate).
- Encargarte de la apertura y el cierre y asumir plena responsabilidad sobre la tienda en ausencia del gerente.

Los requisitos esenciales:

- Experiência similar como subgerente o supervisor/a (preferiblemente en una marca de moda/estilo de vida).
- Experiência formando, desarrollando y orientando a un equipo de ventas (incluida la gestión de posibles problemas de rendimiento).
- Orientación comercial y capacidad para motivar a que los demás logren las metas y objetivos de la tienda.
- Fomentar la toma de responsabilidad del personal y un servicio al cliente de alta calidad, estimulando la consecución de los indicadores clave de rendimiento para la tienda.
- Excelentes dotes de comunicación, tambien en lengua ingles
- Facilidad con los números y buena comprensión lectora.
- Buenas competencias informáticas: experiência usando internet, correo electrónico, aplicaciones de redes sociales, Excel y sistemas de punto de venta EPOS.
- Administración de la trastienda (p. ej. lista de turnos, operaciones bancarias).
- Capacidad de adaptación y agilidad para saber afrontar y resolver cualquier imprevisto.
