**Nuestro cliente es una importante multinacional y un referente en el sector de la moda. **Es una gran empresa, solida y dinámica, en la que se potencia el talento y el bienestar de los/las empleados/as. Para reportar directamente al CEO de su empresa en Iberia estamos buscando una posición de Controller & Business Development Manager

**Realizará las siguientes funciones**:
1) Coordinación junto con el CEO del análisis del negocio para la toma de decisiones.
- análisis y estudios para generar más facturación y rentabilidad en la compañía
- eficiencias en costes
- análisis de pricing y elasticidad, estudios de mercado.

2) coordinar proyectos y actividades con el resto del leadership team

- Una persona con capacidad colaborativa y conozca la parte comercial del negocio.
- Que sea dinámica, analítica, con gran adaptación a los cambios y flexibilidad.
- Profesional con titulación de ADE, MBA o similar.
- Experiência mínimo de 7-10 años de responsabilidad en controlling o Desarrollo de negocio (por ejemplo en Consultoria o negocio retail)
- Con una experiência mínima de 3-5 años en el área licitaciones o de contrataciones públicas.
- Conocimiento de Power Bi, Excel muy avanzado.
- Mentalidad de project management y que sepa utilizar herramientas de gestión de proyectos, metodologia Agile.
- Disponibilidad para viajar: estancias de una semana fuera cada dos meses aprox. y viajes en España, Europa y LATAM.
