As a Sales Enablement Intern at JLL, you can expect to gain valuable experience in supporting our Global sales teams and enhancing their effectiveness through various enablement initiatives. Sales enablement plays a crucial role in equipping our sales directors with the tools, resources, and knowledge needed to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional client experiences. Across these areas the person taking this role should have a passion for sales, real estate, learning and technology with as an ability to influence people across different teams and organizational levels.

This role will be based in Madrid, with global reach across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.

What This Job Involves
Contribute to the successful execution of sales pipeline development initiatives including conducting market and company-specific research, presentations, facilitating internal pipeline meetings with sales directors for strategy alignment, and collaboration with marketing and other cross functional teams.
Assist in the organization and coordination of sales training sessions and onboarding resources.
Support the tracking, analysis, reporting and communication of client insights on why we win or lose our larger deals and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
Collaborate in the continuous improvement of sales enablement processes and tools.
Opportunity to meet and learn from other teams on site and virtually to understand the wider JLL.

Desired Experience and Technical Skills
Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business /architecture / engineering /real estate, or a related field or recently graduated withing the last year (able to sign contract with a certified university is a requirement).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (writing reports, developing presentations, speaking in public, working with international teams. All work will be done in English)
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Understanding of sales processes and real estate, experience preferred
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
Strong relationship skills, both within a team and with engaging a diverse set of business partners across all levels of the organization
Extremely organized, self-starter, with strong attention to details
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.
