We are a growing real estate and investment company, and we are looking for someone to be the right-hand of our CEO. We're searching for a COO who could approach business with a creative point of view.

Responsibilities of COO
- Implement business strategies and plans that align with the short
- and long-term objectives developed in tandem with CEO
- Collaborate with CEO in setting and driving organizational vision and operations strategy.
- Managing investment transactions - due diligence, negotiations, underwriting, execution and project and partnership management.
- Identifying, gaining access to, and securing new transactions.
- Reviewing the financial viability of the opportunity.
- Financial modelling for property opportunities
- Leading the due diligence on and execution of transactions, overseeing external advisors, lawyers as well as the internal team.
- Maximising the value of the existing portfolio from an investment perspective, leading and implementing asset management initiatives.
- Oversee company operations and employee productivity, to guarantee the objectives of the organization.
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Manage capital investments and expenses aggressively to ensure that the company achieves investor targets for growth and profitability
- Monitor, track, analyze, and report on the company’s financial performance to the CEO
- Ensure compliance with national and local business regulations, and take appropriate action when necessary
