Empresa **Multinacional Alemana** del sector de la **automoción**, busca **Director General de Operaciones (COO) **para junto con el CFO, dirigir su planta de la provincia de Valencia.
La planta manufacturera emplea a 300 trabajadores y alcanza una facturación anual de 90-100 Mio de Euros.

**Funciones a desarrollar**:
El COO sería responsable de gestionar el negocio desde las operaciones gestionando el comité de dirección compuesto por Ventas, Compras, Recursos Humanos, Producción, OPEX, Calidad, Logística e Ingenieria. Entre sus responsabilidades se encuentan:

- Desarrollo independiente de todas las áreas mencionadas, especialmente los procesos de transformación.
- Gestionar inversiones (CAPEX).
- Responsable de la tramitación de pedidos en los plazos previstos, de acuerdo con los requisitos de calidad y costes, teniendo en cuenta las normas aplicables en materia de medio ambiente, salud y seguridad en el trabajo.
- Supervisión y mejora continuas de los flujos de trabajo y los procesos en relación con la productividad, la fiabilidad de las entregas, la calidad y los costes con la ayuda de herramientas adecuadas de gestión ajustada.
- Patrocinio de la excelencia operativa (programa de transformación LEAN) o ejecución de proyectos LEAN.
- Gestión del negocio orientada a objetivos y resultados basada en KPIs, y en el uso de instrumentos LEAN comunes como la «gestión visual», en particular, para optimizar y controlar el rendimiento de la planta.
- Desarrollo y promoción de un plan anual de formación enfocado al mantenimiento y mejora del know-how tecnológico.
- Establecer objetivos SMART. (Claros, medibles, alcanzables, reales, temporales)
- Garantizar la Seguridad, la salud laboral, y la prevención de accidentes, como eje estratégico de la Gerencia. COO y CFO.

**Requisitos Mínimos**:

- Estudios universitarios técnicos. (ingeniria industrial).
- Valorable Master en MBA.
- Muy buenos conocimientos de lean management.
- Acostumbrado a trabajar en entornos industriales multinacionales exigentes y cambiantes.
- Experiência mínima de 10 años en puesto similar o en gestión de operaciones (>100 empleados), idealmente en la industria del automóvil.
- Experiência en la implementación de cambios organizativos y de procesos, idealmente en una empresa familiar mediana (multinacional) perteneciente al convenio del metal.
- Pensamiento emprendedor, unido a un alto nível de persuasión y asertividad.
- Compromiso, motivación intrínseca, flexibilidad e iniciativa.
- Muy buenos conocimientos de MS Office.
- Forma de trabajar estructurada e independiente, talento organizativo, mentalidad práctica.
- Muy buena capacidad de comunicación, competencia intercultural, buenos conocimientos de español e inglés fluido. Alemán valorable.
- Talante y talento para motivar el cambio y la excelencia.
