Your missionWith a focus onocean observation applications for our ocean energy technology,you will lead key areas of go-to-market planning (including service or project design) and implementation. You will support the Chief Innovation Officer but also work directly with the leadership team.You will be part of a strong, professional, and innovativeteam that isbringing new commercial offerings to fruition. You will work withinMido Innovations - our exctinig new business unit withinWedge Global.




Your profile
You are a versatile professional with the ability to play a role in all the stages of the commercialization of a product. You ideate, you plan, you execute, you win.

The role will also involve a wide variety of exciting responsibilities including research prospecting, proposal generation, market research, marketing, technology transfer activities, as well as supporting our presence at industry events.



RequirementsMust have:


A master's degree in entrepreneurship, innovation, systems management or an MBA specializing in strategic management, marketing or entrepreneurshipExcellent written and verbal competency in English and SpanishGeneral experience with offshore wind procurement and / or tender bidding procedures Ability to effectively communicate our technology-led value proposition to a wide range of experts, stakeholders, and decision makersA 5-year minimum track record in business development workAbility to work in Spain and travel regionally
Nice to have:


Business development experience in the offshore wind sectorBusiness development experience the tech-based ocean observation spaceAdvanced experience in sustainability and or nature-related permitting requirements for offshore projectsAdvanced experience with Development Consent Orders and / or European licensing processes for offshore infrastructure projectsAdvanced experience in delivering remote sensing, monitoring and / or ocean observation services, ideally related to nature monitoring projects.
