Tenemos una gran oportunidad para un Ingeniero de Servicio de Campo para unirse a nuestro equipo de ingenieros que se enorgullecen de su trabajo y tienen una pasión por la construcción de relaciones a largo plazo con los clientes. Se le desafiará continuamente ya que estará expuesto a nuevas tecnologías. Recibirá apoyo y orientación constantes por parte de la alta dirección y sus conocimientos técnicos se verán reforzados a través de la formación y el desarrollo.

En este puesto se encargará del servicio y mantenimiento sobre el terreno de grandes máquinas automatizadas de alta tecnología, incluido el soporte de los sistemas informáticos asociados. Será una persona organizada, entusiasta, comprometida y dispuesta a asumir la responsabilidad de coordinar y gestionar su propio tiempo para garantizar que las llamadas de servicio se prioricen y se lleven a cabo hasta su finalización. Por lo tanto, dejar una experiência positiva con nuestro cliente. El puesto se desempeñará desde casa y deberá visitar las instalaciones de los clientes según lo programado.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Trabajar en colaboración con el equipo existente de ingenieros, usted demostrará un alto nível de competencia en la mayoría de las disciplinas de ingeniería.
- Proporcionar mantenimiento rutinario planificado a todos los sistemas, incluidos los sistemas informáticos asociados, de acuerdo con los programas y procedimientos escritos.
- Llevar a cabo todas las tareas de forma profesional y cortés, promoviendo en todo momento el interés por la empresa.
- Llevar un control eficaz de las existencias y realizar puntualmente todas las tareas de administración de servicios necesarias.
- Proporcionar formación e instrucción a los clientes según sea necesario.
- Actuar como punto de contacto clave para todos los clientes de la región designada, siendo en general un embajador de la empresa.

**Conocimientos y aptitudes necesarios**:

- Maquinaria automatizada de gran valor en un entorno de servicio o ingeniería de mantenimiento.
- Mantenimiento de ordenadores, servidores, SAI, software y hardware en entorno Windows, incluyendo bases de datos y redes.
- Comprobación y localización de averías en circuitos de CA/CC y capacidad para leer y comprender diagramas de circuitos.
- Servomotores, motores trifásicos, motores paso a paso, inversores y accionamientos.
- Funcionamiento, localización de averías y modificación de sistemas de control PLC.
- Sistemas neumáticos, incluyendo bombas de vacío, actuadores neumáticos y compresores.
- Cámaras ópticas inalámbricas e IP, sensores, láseres, escáneres y sensores de ultrasonidos.
- Se valorará positivamente la experiência previa en los sectores farmacéutico y sanitario.

**Cualificaciones básicas**:

- Debe tener un mínimo de ingeniería pertinente en Ingeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica y Electrónica.

**Cualificaciones preferidas**:

- 3 años de experiência mínima en servicio de campo
- Fuertes habilidades de cara al cliente

**Condiciones de trabajo**:

- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y llevar a cabo todas las tareas de forma profesional y cortés.
- Disponibilidad para viajar y permanecer fuera de casa cuando sea necesario. Esto puede ocurrir con poca antelación y debe considerarse como parte del trabajo. En ocasiones será necesario alojarse en hoteles.
- Carnet de conducir en regla. Debe ser capaz de estar de pie, sentado, caminar, alcanzar, trepar, mantener el equilibrio, agacharse, arrodillarse y ponerse en cuclillas.
