CG: Hardgoods, Soft goods, Electronic and Electrical Products & Food, Agricultural

NCG: Machines, Equipment with related spare parts, Automotive, Chemical products, Oil & Gas, Energy, Wind & Solar

As a Quality Control Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish strong relationships with potential clients, and promote our comprehensive range of quality control solutions.

**Highlights**
- 1-2 years experience in B2B sales or account management
- With start-up experience is a plus
- Sales execution, keen prospecting skills, and able to reach KPI/sales targets

**Key Responsibilities**
- Cultivate executive-level relationships independently, driving the expansion of a profitable client portfolio through personal lead generation, qualification, consultation, negotiation, and successful deal closures.
- Contribute to the strategic planning, coordination, and execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, leveraging innovative sales strategies to enhance market performance.
- Analyse sales data and generate comprehensive reports to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Support ad hoc projects as assigned, leveraging your expertise to contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to post-sales activities, ensuring seamless customer engagement, including visits, presentations, tender processes, quotation preparation, proposal development, delivery coordination, and timely invoicing.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Fluency in Russian and English languages required.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably import/export, sourcing, trading or supply chain activities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and adept in using CRM software (e.g., Excel, Salesforce, HubSpot).

Pay: 2,000.00€ - 2,800.00€ per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
