- As our business grows, we are now looking for a **Regional Marketing Manager for Southern Europe** to join the team. You can be based either in Paris or Barcelona area, where we have our sales companies in the region. As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans and strategies. You will work closely with our sales teams in the region and in close collaboration with a global marketing team.

**Your main tasks will include**:

- Creating, driving, and implementing the regional roadmap of growth activities (online and onsite), including country specific activities (with internal or/and external stakeholders)
- Localizing and optimizing global marketing and communication initiatives, such as automation programs for the local market
- Organizing events & training (onsite and online) concept implementation and follow-up/iteration
- Help organizing Sales and Technical trainings (online and onsite) - trainings are held by sales/technical trainers
- Train partners in using Partner portal
- Localizing, producing and optimizing marketing content, such as newsletters and campaigns, for local use
- Review and assess the effectiveness of all marketing activities, focusing on driving sales growth, customer acquisition and great customer experience, and brand awareness
- Localizing and optimizing Social Media and PR content for organic and paid content
- Vendor management for strategic partnerships related to brand awareness
- Participate global marketing initiatives
- Support sales in areas such as SQL and new pricelists

**What you’ll need to succeed**:

- Relevant degree in marketing, business, communication, or a related field
- Prior experience in marketing role
- Knowledge of digital marketing tactics and best practices
- Experience with marketing tools and software, such as WordPress and Dynamics 365
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent English and either Spanish/Catalan, French or Italian language skills
- Good time-management skills
- Driver’s licence
- Willingness to travel in the region
