**What you’ll be responsible for as a General Manager at albelli-Photobox Group**
As General Manager you will be fully responsible for the marketing and commercial success of the Southern Europe business unit and will have full autonomy to develop local market knowledge, the marketing strategy for the markets and lead its performance management to deliver on budget.
As a member of the commercial leadership team, you will collaborate with peers across Europe, leveraging local market insights to develop capabilities and build a winning commercial strategy in the region.
**The impact you’ll make**:
The business unit “Southern Europe” consists of our markets Spain, Portugal and Italy. It is dominated by the Hofmann brand, which is the market leader in Spain.
**_Market knowledge_**
- Responsible for a clear and exhaustive view of the local market for which he/she is responsible, including explicit local view on e-commerce trends and customer expectations
- Further build out the operational model between the market and the main backend functions
- Develop the marketing strategy for the local market
- Develop market/brand strategy for the local market with a mid-/longer-term view
- Responsible for cascading group strategy into the local BU strategy, including OKRs
- Work closely with the central marketing teams to formulate the most effective marketing strategy for his/her market in line with the company, acquisition and retention strategy
- Partnering with the central functions to ensure local value proposition and product mix focus (driving diversification) is executed
- In charge of local marketing channels such TV, influencer marketing and partnerships partnerships
- Responsible for budget allocation / marketing mix in collaboration with the central marketing teams
- Build up complete view of the market by brand, segment, category, product
- Understand drivers of NPS and customer satisfaction to prioritize projects with relevant departments
- Work with pricing / product to ensure competitiveness of portfolio, prices and offers

**_Drive performance management_**
- Responsible for Southern Europe P&L and budgeting
- Responsible for addressing any problems ensuring top line revenue goals are met. Investigate and address misses
- Leads business development effort by acquiring new partners and channel related vendors (partners, suppliers)
- Drives country level reporting and insights to inform and influence central (and local) strategy
- Actively represents the brand and evangelizes the positioning to the industry and e-commerce (as well as offline) players

**_Manage the team_**
- Manage all employees in such a way that they remain motivated, and can achieve their performance objectives

**Requirements**:
**Must Have Experience & Attributes**:

- + 10 years in diversified roles, including 5 years in sales & marketing leadership roles driving and implementing revenue growth in high-growth B2C companies
- Demonstrated track record working in a B2C e-commerce champion in France, having learned all the fundamentals of online marketing
- 3+ years of experience in a strategy consulting firm
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Demonstrating Commercial Acumen_
