**Purpose**: We are hiring a General Manager to manage a new Premium Boutique fitness and lifestyle brand centered around rediscovering joy through movement. This multi-studio concept blends market-proven services with cutting-edge group exercise fitness and lifestyle offerings, giving members the opportunity to be a part of an inclusive and community-driven environment where they can forget their problems, unwind from the day-to-day struggles and evolve through a journey where wellbeing, care and belonging are the core focus.

**Job Specification**:The General Manager is responsible for the implementation of the strategy, planning and execution of the multi-studio boutique. The General Manager is will lead, inspire and coach all team members to reach their potential; ensuring that an excellent member experience is delivered, increasing engagement and usage of the studio activities. The General Manager is responsible for managing studio operations.

**Key responsibilities**:
As a General Manager you will be responsible for the following:
**Members**
- Reviewing member and studio feedback; taking action and improving services based on feedback provided.
- Innovate and coordinate new initiatives designed to offer a better service and product experience to boutique members.
- Liaise with TRIB3 to personalise and align member communication, class attendance, events and feedback.
- Lead and manage the promotion of events inside and outside the boutique.

**Team**
- Ensure effective and consistent communication across the studio team.
- Ensure effective planning, preparation and development of team member training.
- Supervise and assist the recruitment processes of new team members.
- Ensure all team members’ qualifications are up to date.
- Carry out recruitment initiatives and auditions to ensure cover is available at all times and quality of classes is delivered and maintained.
- Execute and review the auditing processes implemented in the studio.
- Conduct and coordinate 1-2-1 meetings with all team members to maintain regular communication.

**Operations**
- Implement the strategy developed by TRIB3, actively participating in the related meetings, strategically reviewing the timetable to maximise occupancy and usage.
- Implement and drive the sales strategy in line with the business plan and budget.
- Report on and achieve established KPIs; using the reporting and data analysis tools to measure, control and predict future results.
- Manage all studio events, supervising and leading the organisation and execution of.
- Stay up to date with market trends and competition activities to maintain a strong market positioning.

**Finance**
- Contribute to the annual budget meetings of the studio and report monthly results to TRIB3.
- Review monthly P&L results, maximising efficiency of budget allocated.
- Drive the profitability of the studio through cost reduction and increased revenue initiatives.
- Optimise use of the studios by aiming for a high occupancy via paid activities, membership-inclusive activities or external third parties.
- Supervise the studio layout, equipment, suppliers and purchase orders.

**Behaviours, required experience and qualifications**:
The General Manager will have:
**Experience**
- A minimum of five years’ experience in the fitness industry with a strong understanding of fitness operations.
- Previous experience leading and managing teams.
- Previous experience in marketing - not essential but will be highly valued.
- Proven track-record of delivering high-performing results, budget analysis and optimisation.
- High level of computer literacy: including Windows-based software.
- Previous experience working across different cultures.
