Formación completa e inducciónSalario competitivoUn lugar de trabajo divertido y que permite un buen equilibrio entre la vida personal y profesionalOportunidades para crecer y desarrollarse, ya que creemos en la promoción del talento desde dentro de la empresaOportunidades de traslado internacionalEl/la candidato/a ideal para este rol de General Manager tendrá:Experiencia mínima de 5 años en un puesto de gestión similar en una marca de lujo de gama alta.Estar familiarizado/a con el concepto de marca de lifestyle, incluido el entretenimiento, la música en directo y los eventos.Gran capacidad de gestión de personal y experiencia en la dirección y gestión de equipos.Capacidad para establecer relaciones sólidas a todos los niveles y con los clientes.Es esencial tener un excelente manejo del inglés verbal y escrito, así como una gran capacidad interpersonal y de negociación.Conocimientos sólidos de gestión financieraCapacidad para gestionar la cuenta de resultados y los informes del restaurante garantizando que todos los ingresos, costes y datos sean coherentes en todos los canales.Es indispensable estar informado/a y tener un excelente conocimiento de la legislación laboral local.Gran capacidad de resolución de problemas gracias a tu habilidad para identificarlos e implementar soluciones.Extenso conocimiento de los procesos y de la eficacia operativa.Capacidad para motivar e impulsar al equipo.Pasión por la hostelería y la atención al cliente.Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y excelente gestión del tiempo.
