With a global presence spanning over 40 countries, our client's products are renowned for their durability and reliability in the harshest environments.Brand & Customer Marketing Manager (m/f/d) Southern EuropeLocation: Barcelona, SpainMission: In this role, you will develop & execute the marketing plans for Southern Europe (Spain, France, Italy), with the goal of driving brand building initiatives and sustainable sell-through results for both the Sportswear and the Workwear side of the business.Reports to: Regional Marketing Manager, Continental Europe.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a strong business partner to the Sales team & develop focused Marketing plans in alignment with the company growth strategy for omnichannel successExecute the Marketing mix for Southern Europe (Sportswear & Workwear)Regional Marketing budget managementManage & activate the local PR agencies (Spain, France & Italy)Identify and establish relevant partnerships and collaborations with local organizations, ambassadors and influencers that can strengthen the brand in the region.Manage the key local brand partnerships for asset generation & storytelling through PR & the company's owned channelsPlan & execute local events (PR, Consumer or Trade facing activities)Plan & develop KA and specialty stores sell-in & sell-through programs (in-store & digital)Leverage the regional retail network for PR work & consumer engagement initiativesSupport the development and distribution of Marketing materials for tech clinics & staff trainingsManage and adapt assets for use across omni-channelExperience/SkillsUniversity degree or similar in the field of Marketing/Business+5 years working experience within Marketing (preference for sports/outdoor industry or FMCG)Very strong verbal & written communication skills in English & Spanish (knowledge of French &/or Italian is a plus)Networking & partnership management experienceStrong presentation skillsGood skills in MS-Office, especially in Power-PointWilling to multitask and work under pressure, with ability to prioritize effectivelyStrong project management and coordination skillsEffectively balance autonomy and collaborationUnderstanding of the retail and sporting goods environmentExperience with digital & in-store customer campaignsInterest in technical apparel & footwearHaving a holistic view & understanding of importance of sales and marketing collaborationAdaptable to changing demands and circumstancesPersonal AttributesSolution oriented with positive mindsetEnergetic and enthusiasticSystematic and well organizedTeam playerHaving a "doer-mentality", ready for hands-on workSocial intelligence, adaptable to different cultures & stylesEmpathy for other perspectivesActive ListeningPassion for sports & the outdoorsWillingness to travelWe Offer: The opportunity to join a high-performance team within a global brand in growth.
