Automation Executive

It is a transversal role with liaison between the IT team and the Global Investment Team of Havas Media Group with the aim of automating data collection and media audit processes, through the development of business intelligence solutions.
As a Global Investment Automation Executive you will;
1. Extract, load and reconcile large data sets from multiple digital marketing platforms and sources (DV360, META, Google Adwords ).
2. Analyze data sets with a business-oriented approach.
3. Work closely with the Automation Manager in the definition of requirements to IT ensuring these meet business needs while remaining with the defined scope of work.
5. Ensure data quality, completeness, and accuracy. Utilize SQL to perform data extractions and query functions.
6. Set up templates and working processes to improve the automation of the department.
7. Help in the maintenance of the automation platform.
8. Support Automation Manager and other members of the department in the adoption of the new business intelligence solutions.
- Strong numeric skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good written and oral communication skills in English.
- Other languages are desirable, especially Spanish and French.
- Good at problem solving.
- Intermediate user of Excel.
- SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Interested in technology (Cloud, Data Analysis )
