Queremos seguir creciendo de forma responsable con el planeta, con la sociedad y con todos nuestros colaboradores. Para ello estamos buscando una: persona para nuestro departamento de Marketing Producto - Divisiones laboratorio y CAD CAM.

¿Cuál será tu responsabilidad?
- Estudiar la competencia y evolución adaptativa al contexto de mercado. Análisis benchmarking:

- Estudio de categorías y ofertas de la competencia.
- Valoración comparativa de competidores en surtido y precios de catálogos
- Seguimiento de márgenes por producto para asegurar el ajuste entre precios de venta y de coste.
- Promociones destacadas que realicen propias y con fabricantes, por categorías y por productos.
- Analizar la evolución de ventas y márgenes por familias, subfamilias y referencias, detectando oportunidades de mercado y ajustando los precios y ofertas para la máxima rentabilidad.
- Definir y actualizar la gama de productos necesaria para el desarrollo de la estrategia comercial.
- Decidir los PVP, ofertas y promociones, gestionando los mayores márgenes con ofertas que posicionen a Proclinic con precios alineados a la estrategia establecida.
- Reunirse con proveedores para conocer nuevos productos, negociar condiciones, etc.
- Participar en la toma de decisiones sobre el surtido del catálogo.
- Colaborar en la gestión y seguimiento del CMI de la división.
- Dar seguimiento a estudios de mercado, extraer conclusiones y ponerlas en marcha.
- Desarrollar activamente las marcas propias de la compañía. Tanto en la creación de nueva cartera de producto como en el desarrollo de acciones de marketing para potenciar su venta.

**Requisitos**:

- Hard: Valorable formación en prótesis dental y/o ADE. Imprescindible aportar experiência en sector del laboratorio dental. Buen nível de inglés. Valorables conocimientos de SAP
- Soft: Necesitamos incorporar una persona activa, con buenas habilidades organizativas y de análisis.
