**#About the Gig**
For our Global Marketing Team, we are looking for a talented product marketing manager to develop and deliver products that empower students to unleash their potential and take their career to the next level.
You will be responsible for developing the product positioning, building go-to-market plans, researching and advocating for customers, helping shape the product roadmap, and owning the growth strategy for new customer-facing products and features.
If you are passionate about what you do and you like to work alongside the product, data, admissions, local markets and marketing teams in a high growth environment this is for you. This is a remote friendly position, where you will be expected to go to our campus in Barcelona 1-2 days a week. You will report to Cecilia Cuadra, our Head of Marketing Operations.
**#Responsibilities**
Identifying user needs by deeply understanding our customers and how our product works globally, to create data-driven, actionable insights for product teams. Independently driving impactful go-to-market launch strategies by owning development of audience strategy, value proposition, messaging, positioning, and PR strategies
- Developing research plans to uncover customer insights, steer & validate the product roadmap, and stay on top of the competitive landscape
- Working closely with product and marketing teams to brief them with the user insights, value props and messaging in order to successfully execute go-to-market campaigns
- Running experiments to test hypotheses and bring analytical rigor to campaigns for informing the go-to-market strategy. Delivering campaigns with a strong bias for growth & business impact
- Scaling product marketing efforts globally by operationalising resources such as playbooks for regional marketing teams
- Implement and align messages across marketing and admissions to ensure a high standard of product knowledge.
**#Requirements**
- 5+ years experience in product, growth or business marketing in fast paced environment
- BA/BS degree or above.
- Strong knowledge of marketing channels, processes and technologies.
- Extensive experience setting strategic direction and project managing complex go-to-market campaigns that require input and execution from various cross-functional teams
- Strong knowledge of the local market across verticals and agencies
- A fast learner with critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change.
- Good time management and prioritization skills.
- A Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in English
