**Job Description**:
Realizar tareas de información, canalización de pedidos para garantizar la satisfacción de la cartera de clientes.
- Recepcionar pedidos e introducirlos en el sistema.
- Mantener actualizados los datos referentes a las ventas, tales como ofertas, tarifas, direcciones, plazos, transporte, personas de contacto, etc. y facilitar dicha información si es solicitada.
- Mantener los registros de ventas.
- Mantener actualizados los datos correspondientes a abonos, cargos, etc.
- Gestionar la documentación de las letras de crédito.
- Negociar y confirmar plazos de entrega.
- Mantener relaciones con el departamento de Contabilidad por lo que se refiere a procedimientos de facturación y gestionar la facturación.
- Proveer datos y documentos necesarios para la documentación de crédito.
- Proporcionar apoyo administrativo al personal de ventas.
- Difundir información sobre los productos, tanto dentro de la empresa como entre la cartera de clientes.
- Establecer previsiones en materia de Demanda del producto así como de los níveles de existencias.
- Recibir y procesar las reclamaciones de la cartera de clientes.
- Revisar diariamente los pedidos bloqueados por crédito. Contactar con créditos para que sean desbloqueados.
- Organizar cargas según plazos de entrega.
- Crear shipment por unidad de carga, incluyendo todas las entregas
- Contactar a los transportistas asignados durante Tender/por cliente para recoger las cargas preparadas
- Mantener el sharepoint de información de carga diaria
- Preparar documentación de exportación (facturas, PL, COO, COAS, etc)
