As **Head of Pricing Life &Health (f/m/d)** at wefox Insurance, you will lead our pricing strategy in the Life & Health space to create and manage a portfolio of innovative, customer centric products. Responsible for the line P&L along with our Chief Underwriter, you will drive best practices with a focus on efficiency and scalability.

**In this role you will**:

- Lead the life & health team in designing and pricing in Life & Health products and the topic within the company
- Use your actuarial expertise to contribute to the product design of our MGA setup, ensuring that our insurance products are optimized for distribution
- Contribute to the development of our insurance platform with ideas and knowledge to create a reusable product design and pricing for L&H products
- Promote the development of innovative insurance products that are tailored to our business objectives and meet the needs of our customers.
- Collaborate with the product management, underwriting, and claims teams to ensure that our insurance products are aligned with our business objectives
- Monitor and analyze emerging trends in the insurance industry to ensure that we remain competitive

**What you bring**:

- Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field
- Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) or equivalent
- At least 10 years of experience in life and health insurance actuarial work
- Knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and industry trends in Europe
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and manage an actuary
- Fluency in English; German or other European languages are a plus
