**SANTANDER DIGITAL SERVICES **está buscando un/a CORE BANKING ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT para nuestras oficinas en BOADILLA DEL MONTE (Madrid)

**QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO**

Como **Enterprise Architect - Back End Platform / Core Banking **, tu objetivo será la definición y ejecución de la estrategia de nuestras plataformas back end de Core Banking, con visión global y de reutilización de activos globales entre las diferentes geografías y bajo el modelo de One Transformation y One Santander Platform.

Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude en distintos ámbitos:

- Definir blueprint con visión estratégica de nuestra plataformas de Core Banking, fundamentalmente en los dominios de Cuentas Personales, Personas, Préstamos e Hipotecas, Depósitos a Plazo, Taller de Productos y Datos de Referencia, en las que partiendo de una experiência y un background funcional bien asentado contribuyas a desarrollar la estrategia tecnológica de replataformado y reingeniería en el contexto de Gravity+.
- Definición de las capacidades funcionales / técnicas que ofrecen estos dominios.
- Establecer IT Stack objetivo para sustentar dichas capacidades.
- Idea los Modelos de integración y relación con el resto de los dominios dentro de la plataforma, especialmente en la implementación de APIs e integración con la plataforma de Data con enfoque primario real time.
- Visión estratégica de evolución del dominio, forecast de nuevas capacidades o challenges que llegan al dominio.
- Visión de la situación as is del dominio en los diferentes países.
- Soporte a proyectos e iniciativas globales en el diseño y ejecución de estos.
- Soporte a los Solution Design en la validación de proyectos e iniciativas.

EXPERIENCIA
- Experiência de 5 - 10 años en equipos de arquitectura empresarial en el área de Core Banking. Se valorará experiência en proyectos de ámbito internacional.

EDUCACIÓN
- Licenciado en grados de ingeniería, matemáticas o económicas.

HABILIDADES & CONOCIMIENTOS
- Capacidad alta de conceptualización y síntesis de ideas.
- Conocimiento funcional del negocio bancario aplicado al procesamiento de los productos y servicios en el ámbito de core banking.
- Alta capacidad de interlocución a alto nível en foros de decisión.
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación y presentación de ideas a la comunidad.
- Nível de Inglés alto escrito y hablado.
- Conocimiento de las aplicaciones y soluciones as is de Grupo Santander en las diferentes entidades.
- Visión plataforma tecnológica y modelos relacionados (arquitectura de integración, modelo operativo asociado, implantación).
- Conocimiento de los principales vendors y soluciones tecnológicas aplicadas al dominio de su responsabilidad.
- Conocimiento tecnológico sobre tecnologías establecidas (microservicios, eventos, APIS) y emergentes (ie Inteligencia Artificial, blockchain) enfocado a la aplicación concreta en los casos de uso adecuados en el ámbito de Core Banking.
