SANTANDER DIGITAL SERVICES está buscando un/a ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT– para liderar y definir la Arquitectura de nuestras Business Platforms de sistemas de procesamiento de productos en varias áreas especializadas para nuestras oficinas en BOADILLA DEL MONTE.

QUÉ HARÁS EN TU TRABAJO

Como Enterprise Architect de nuestras Specialized Platforms , tu objetivo será la definición y ejecución de la estrategia de nuestras plataformas back-end responsables de áreas especializadas, incluyendo nuestras Plataformas Globales de Consumer Finance, BNPL y Wealth con visión global y de reutilización de activos globales entre las diferentes geografías y bajo el modelo de One Transformation y One Santander Platform.

Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude en distintos ámbitos:

Definir blueprint con visión estratégica de nuestras plataformas especializadas, fundamentalmente en los dominios de Wealth, BNPL, y Consumer Finance en las que partiendo de una experiencia y un background funcional bien asentado contribuyas a desarrollar la estrategia tecnológica de replataformado y reingeniería. Definir las arquitecturas de Integración con los bancos de las diferentes plataformas especializadas. Definir de las capacidades funcionales/técnicas que ofrecen estos componentes. Establecer IT Stack objetivo para sustentar dichas capacidades. Idear los Modelos de integración y relación con el resto de los componentes dentro de la plataforma, especialmente en la implementación de APIs e integración con la plataforma de Data con enfoque primario real time. Visión estratégica de evolución del dominio, forecast de nuevas capacidades o challenges que llegan al dominio. Visión de la situación as is del dominio en los diferentes países. Soporte a proyectos e iniciativas globales en el diseño y ejecución de estos. Soporte a los Solution Design en la validación de proyectos e iniciativas.

EXPERIENCIA

Experiencia de – años en equipos de arquitectura empresarial en el área de Banca, con conocimiento funcional de las áreas especializadas en alcance. Se valorará experiencia en proyectos de ámbito internacional.

EDUCACIÓN

Licenciado en grados de ingeniería, matemáticas o administración de empresas.

HABILIDADES & CONOCIMIENTOS

Capacidad alta de conceptualización y síntesis de ideas. Conocimiento funcional del negocio bancario aplicado al procesamiento de los productos y servicios en el ámbito de banca. Alta capacidad de interlocución a alto nivel en foros de decisión. Buenas habilidades de comunicación y presentación de ideas a la comunidad. Capacidad de adquisición rápida de conocimiento de las aplicaciones y soluciones as-is de Grupo Santander en las diferentes entidades. Visión plataforma tecnológica y modelos relacionados (arquitectura de integración, modelo operativo asociado, implantación). Conocimiento de los principales vendors y soluciones tecnológicas aplicadas al dominio de su responsabilidad. Conocimiento tecnológico sobre tecnologías establecidas (microservicios, eventos, APIS) y emergentes (ie Inteligencia Artificial, blockchain… ) enfocado a la aplicación concreta en los casos de uso adecuados en el ámbito de banca. Gestión de equipos. Nivel de Inglés alto escrito y hablado.
