Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un _Técnico/a Especialista ServiceNow_ al menos 3 años de experiência trabajando con ServiceNow.

**¿QUÉ BUSCAMOS?**
- Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Computación, Tecnologías de la Información.
- Certificación de Fundación ITIL.
- Especialista certificado en implementación de ServiceNow.
- Mínimo de 3 años de experiência trabajando con ServiceNow. Historial comprobado de implementación, configuración y optimización de soluciones ServiceNow.
- Experiência colaborando con equipos internos y proveedores externos. Experiência previa brindando capacitación y soporte a usuarios finales y personal de TI.
- Experiência en gestión de presupuestos relacionados con los costos de ServiceNow y optimización de cotes.
- Nível de inglés alto.

**¿CUÁLES SERÁN TUS FUNCIONES?**
- El especialista colaborará estrechamente con equipos internos y proveedores para desarrollar e implementar mejores prácticas e impulsar la toma de decisiones.
- Análisis de requisitos: trabajar en estrecha colaboración con las partes interesadas del negocio para comprender sus necesidades de informes y traducirlas en requisitos técnicos.
- Experiência en ServiceNow: conocimiento de la plataforma ServiceNow para desarrollar informes, paneles y soluciones de análisis personalizados.
- Herramientas de informes técnicos: aproveche las herramientas y tecnologías de informes técnicos como SQL, Power BI, Tableau u otras herramientas similares para extraer, transformar y visualizar datos de ServiceNow y otras fuentes de datos relevantes.
- Integridad de los datos: implementación de procesos de validación de datos y el mantenimiento de estándares de calidad de los datos.
- Automatización de informes: automatización cuando sea posible para optimizar los procesos de generación de informes, mejorar la eficiencia y reducir los esfuerzos manuales.
- Documentación y capacitación: documentar soluciones de informes, modelos de datos y procesos para compartir conocimientos y brinde capacitación a los usuarios finales sobre cómo usar e interpretar informes de manera efectiva.
- Solución de problemas y soporte: soporte técnico a los usuarios finales para problemas relacionados con los informes.
- Mejora continua: actualizaciones de la plataforma ServiceNow y las herramientas de generación de informes, e identifique de forma proactiva oportunidades para mejorar las capacidades y los procesos de generación de informes.
