Your main mission is to ensure customers’ satisfaction by solving as quickly as possible the technical problems/issues in relation to the range under their responsibility that cannot be easily solved by field technical people.

Your responsabilities, among others: 

•Control and follow up of any technical documentation generated by Atlas Copco product company (with special emphasis on ECBs, changes / modifications, repairs and special electro-mechanical modifications)•Provide technical support to internal customers (FSE, product manager, sales people & distributors) and external (primarily by telephone and if necessary move to customer’s premises to give a solution)•Define tooling to provide maintenance and repair, prepare maintenance programs and spare parts, any technical report to be sent to external customer or distributor•Supervise the start-ups of the batch models.•Follow up the KPIs defined by the division.•Attend the technical training carried out by PC (when manager considers appropriate)•Competently conduct training sessions to external clients / distributors, when necessary

What we need from you …

Experience of, at least, 3 years in technical service Department in a similar position 

Technical engineering or similar. Knowledge in compressors & industrial refrigerating systems will be valuable

Native Spanish & fluent English & high knowledge of PC tools

You will be a plus in our team, constantly collaborating with other departments, building new ideas, believing that there is always a better way of doing things, A positive and dedicated person, with the ability to communicate with influence, to plan and to solve problems, looking always for customer satisfaction. Willing to travel at least 25% of your time (excluding training). Passionate about learning and inspiring others to learn.
